1、書信格式

英語作文稱呼：位于作文第一行，頂格寫，后面加逗號(hào)。

不知道對(duì)方姓名、職位等信息時(shí)稱呼可以用 Dear Sir or Madam, 或To Whom It May Concern； 知道對(duì)方的身份或姓名時(shí)，稱呼可以用Dear Mr./Mrs. + 姓， 或Dear+ 職位,如：Dear Professor, Dear Mr. Smith, ; 如果是給熟悉的人則可以用Dear + 名， 如：Dear Jim/Betty.

英語作文正文：可采用齊頭式，即每一段每一行都頂格寫?；蛘卟捎每s進(jìn)式，即每段首行縮進(jìn)四個(gè)字母。

英語作文結(jié)束語：位于正文右下角，第一個(gè)單詞的首字母要大寫，后面要加逗號(hào)。常用結(jié)束語有：Yours,/Yours truly, / Yours sincerely, 等

英語作文署名：位于結(jié)束語下方。作文不允許署真名，題目中一般要求簽名為“Li Ming”或”Zhang Wei”

2、書信格式英語作文篇章結(jié)構(gòu)

英語作文第一段：表明身份，寫英語信目的（1-2句）。

英語作文第二段：針對(duì)英語作文題目中的要求進(jìn)行寫作（描述事情的經(jīng)過、緣由、以及提出的建議）（3-4句）。

英語作文第三段：表示感謝、期待回信或表達(dá)希望。（1-2句）
